Passport Information
If you are a citizen of Barbados you may apply for a passport through the Consulate General of Barbados at Toronto. Please note the following:
s All passports are issued by the Chief Immigration Officer in Barbados.
s Passports should normally be processed in six (6) weeks.
s Passports are issued for a period of ten (10) years and are not renewable.
s If you are 16 years of age or older, complete application ‘Form A’. Access a PDF copy of the form below.
s If you are under 16 years of age, complete application 'Form B'. Access a PDF copy of the form below.
s Read the notes to each application form carefully, complete the application and provide all supporting documentation as instructed in the notes.
s The cost of a passport application is $120.00.
Most importantly, do not wait 'until the last minute'. Submit your application at least eight (8) weeks before your planned travel date.

Emergency Passport
If your passport has been lost, damaged or stolen and you need to travel on an emergency basis, you may apply for an Emergency Passport by contacting the Consulate General of Barbados at Toronto. The cost of an Emergency Passport application is $35.00.
